Kind of like hiding in plain sight- giving everyone a deadline. Which is consistent with that the fact that even for oil companies, time is running out for considering projects like this.

“At the time, Energy Minister Andrew Parsons called that “a really good move for this province,” even though Newfoundland and Labrador only expected to see $35 million in royalties in return.”

That’s just sad.
