What she said was most youth-led organizations are very poorly funded and this must change so that passionate young people can receive income while motivating others to wake up to the crisis. It was a powerful speech. I recommend interviewing her and I hope that the philanthropists take heed and prioritize youth, especially Indigenous youth and other equity-demanding young people’s organizations.
